Q: Perfume creative designer, this little-known job, can you give us a brief introduction?

A: Simply put, my job is to interpret a commercial idea of ​​a perfume as a creative concept, then assist the perfumer in transforming the concept into an abstract scent, and then package it into a vision and dream for consumers. Perfume. Unlike the perfumer's full attention on the fragrance creation, my job is to think about the full range of creativity and design execution of a perfume.

Q: What on the perfume designer's path is the most fulfilling thing at the moment?

A: I can smell my own perfume creations on the street. This is the happiest for me.

Q: What is the effect of aroma on your life?

A: Smell reminds me to go back to the depths of the initial memory of the brain. I write with these memories of scent, draw, and design perfumes. For me, without the smell of life, it is actually difficult to have truly moving works to encourage everyone to experience a better life from the sense of smell.

Q: What is the biggest challenge as a perfume designer?

A: I enjoy the creative process, but I must learn how to let it go.

Q: Can you recommend some of your favorite fragrances on different occasions?

A: For life, I was deeply influenced by Tsujimura Shiro (1947-), the ceramicist I interviewed in "The Water in Kyoto" - to feel the moment and live seriously.
