Also known as big cloth, is a canvas for a paper machine. The wet paper sheet used to convey the press section of the paper machine is brought into close contact with the dryer cylinder, absorbs the moisture of the wet paper sheet, and evaporates, dries and smooths the surface of the paper. It has high strength and low elongation. , Good air permeability, smooth surface, elasticity and good water absorption. Raw materials use multiple high-quality cotton yarns or wrap 10%~25% polyester filaments as warp and weft yarns on multiple high-quality cotton yarns to enhance its strength and make the products have heat resistance, wear resistance, and acid and alkali resistance. The fabric organization is a two-layered, three-layered plain weave. The canvas used for the capacitor paper is generally made of twill weave. The weft yarns are made of multi-stranded low-entry cotton yarns to facilitate nap and reduce paper marks. The width of the fabric is generally 2~6m, the length is 10~100m, and the mass per unit area is 1500~2500g/m2.
